Among them, I am mainly in charge of animation of items, characters, etc.
In many cases, we are commissioned by item designers to produce them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is your average daily schedule like?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n It will generally look something like this. Regular morning meetings are mainly for item designers and motion designers. In the afternoon, there are sometimes two general meetings a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The rewarding part is when we receive happy comments and reactions from our customers and when the designer who commissioned the motion is pleased. Schedule management is very important, of course, but we also place importance on whether we are creating items in line with the intentions of the item designer, and on creating items with an awareness of what will please the customer’s perspective. Is it “Idol Pants” from ” Pokecolo “? Actually, I was deeply involved in the production of ” Action Pants ” from the initial proposal stage, and since it was the first work, I have a strong emotional attachment to it. That’s right. I chose pants because they are the part of clothing that is worn at the bottom and is usually invisible, so I thought it would be nice if they did not interfere with fashion itself. I was the first new graduate to join Cocone, so unlike the current new graduate members, I did not have any peers. It is a difficult question to answer! It is difficult to find an answer, but I feel that it is something that must always be cultivated “ It is a really good place to work for those who find enjoyment in it because they can be surrounded by people who make cute things and can make cute things themselves. The hard part is …… many things, but first of all, it is difficult to handle the tools, and it is essential to be willing to learn on your own. Then there is the difficulty of having to pay attention to detailed checks and corrections, as the slightest mistake can be fatal when finally reflected in the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhat do you value in your work?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
I also do research on social networking sites to find out what points customers are most likely to look at, what kind of animation would make them happy and where, and I also try to incorporate the latest trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhat was the most impressive production you have worked on so far?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Originally, there were items that could change actions when worn, but I thought that the limitation of one movement per item was a drawback, and that was the impetus for the creation of Action Pants. I think the “pants ” is a very interesting point, what was the reason for this shape?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Since the initial impetus for this project was ” increase the degree of freedom, it was designed in such a way that it would not affect the impression of the colony or colonizer itself more than necessary “<\/p>\n\n\n\nPlease tell us about how you feel you have grown since you joined the company!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Instead, I grew up watching the backs of my seniors in a completely different environment than when I was a student ” where there were many seniors who were incredibly skilled ” I think my current growth in terms of technique has been made possible by the repetition of the cycle of watching and imitating those whom I aim for, and sometimes receiving direct instruction from them (……).
I think I have grown in areas other than technology, such as being able to have a broader perspective that allows me to care about the people around me instead of focusing solely on my own work. When I sense that a member of the team is having trouble or a problem arises, I am now able to identify it and take action to solve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCocone places great importance on “sensitivity.” What does “sensitivity” mean to you?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Each individual’s “sensitivity” is a reflection of what they have seen, thought, and become as a person in their lives, and I am sure that it is completely different when they are in their teens than when they are in their 20s.
Therefore, I would like to be aware of it as something that is constantly changing its form depending on my own mindset, and I would like to never neglect to actively cultivate it by receiving various stimuli.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDo you have any advice or message for those who are currently considering joining the company?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I had a vague impression that “the form of a colonian wearing pants is cute and nice~! I was only amazed to learn that the pants were the result of careful calculations to “not interfere with fashion ” and “increase freedom.
I think it is a very innovative invention to be able to give different kinds of actions to each colonian or cocoron, which makes it easier to think about their personalities!
The ” movement” created ” Mr. H and the other motion designers has a really big impact on our perception of the app as we play with it. ……
