Hello everyone.
My name is Sake, a recruitment and public relations intern at Cocone Corporation.

I am good at putting things on my head.

Now, to the senior members of Cocone who have experienced an internship at Cocone,
I, Sake, a current intern, was going to conduct an interview,

For the first installment, we spoke with Mr. Nagaki, a development engineer who joined the company after serving as both a short-term intern and a long-term intern.

What is an internship at Cocone? An interview with an experienced intern!

And this time, I was surprised to find out that he had a long-term internship with the same recruitment and public relations team as me,
We have interviewed a person who is currently working as a full-time employee.
Are you interested in a long-term internship at Cocone?
This is a must-see for those who are considering employment at Cocone.

Sake: “But wouldn’t you be incredibly full after eating deli rice and a baked potato?”

Eda: “Yes, so most of my meals are provided by the company.
On the other hand, without the deli, I feel my life is in a bit of danger…”

Sake “so much?”

Because Cocone’s baked potatoes are so delicious that Ms. Eda uses them as food for prolonging his life,
I hope you all will have the opportunity to visit.

Q1: I heard that you joined the company as a full-time employee after experiencing an internship.

How long were you an intern?

Q1: I heard that you joined the company as a full-time employee after experiencing an internship.

Eda:
I started my internship during my junior year of college, and I interned there for about two years from there.”

Q2. How did you start your internship?

Eda:
I am an art college graduate, and during my sophomore year of college, I was involved in an activity where I taught design not only to art college students, but also to students outside of the university. During that time, one of the interns at Cocone was looking for new interns, and I was one of the people he approached.

I first came to Cocone when I was approached through a social networking service, saying, “Your activities sound interesting and I would like to talk to you about them. From there, I was asked if I would be interested in an internship, and I began my internship during my junior year of college.”

Q3. What kind of internship did you have?

Q3. What kind of internship did you have?

Eda:
I was assigned to the recruiting team, so I was in charge of public relations for the hiring process.
You did the same kind of interview that Sake is doing now lol.

I myself first learned about Cocone when I was asked to join the company, so I wanted to deepen my understanding of Cocone. Although I was assigned to recruiting, I participated in MTG meetings between engineers and the recruiting team and took minutes, and also helped with recruiting events.

Eda:
My work hours varied quite a bit, but basically I worked two days a week. My university was not so busy, so I was able to concentrate on my internship at Cocone. Also, when my schedule became tight due to assignments or exams, I was able to consult with my supervisor and make adjustments, so I was able to work pretty freely.

Q4. Please tell us about any changes you have made as an intern.

Q4. Please tell us about any changes you have made as an intern.

Eda:

Through the interviews I have had with various people at Cocone, I think I have become better able to put my thoughts into words. Until now, I have often made and presented things with my hands, and sometimes it was difficult for me to see how I could put my thoughts into words.

I think I was able to learn what I wanted to do and what I wanted to express through the interviews, as I asked people at Cocone what they found rewarding about their work and what they wanted to improve. I was able to use this information in the form of “self-analysis” in my job hunting outside of Cocone.

Q5. When did you decide to work for Cocone as a full-time employee?

Also, please tell us why you decided to do so.

Q5. When did you decide to work for Cocone as a full-time employee?

Also, please tell us why you decided to do so.

Eda:

When I was in my fourth year, I was job hunting without any connection to Cocone, but in the fall, President Tomita, who was also in charge of recruiting at the time, asked me in a casual manner, “How are things at Cocone? He asked me in a casual manner.

I was a creator at art college, but I had a vague dream of enriching society with creators’ thoughts and ideas, rather than creating works as a creator.

Also, Cocone is a company that “gives form to sens ibility and brings sensibility closer to people. Bringing sensibility closer to people. This is a company where the words of our mission, “Bringing sensibility to life,” are well understood.

Q5. When did you decide to work for Cocone as a full-time employee?

Also, please tell us why you decided to do so.

I wanted to learn more about the goals of CoconeCocone, which were close to my own activities, so I decided to join the company after my internship.
I thought that if it was Cocone, I would be able to realize my dream,
I think that was the biggest one.”

Q6. What kind of work do you currently do?

Q6. What kind of work do you currently do?

Eda:
I am currently directing various people, including outside creators, corporate and individual creators.
I have also been creating items as an item designer since I joined the company, and in addition to that, I am currently working as an AD (art director) to deliver great items to our customers.”

Salmon:
You not only do planning and negotiation, but production as well!”

Eda:
Yes, I do. For example, ” Pokecolo has three categories, “Fashion,” “Colony,” and “Interior,” but many of them are producing fashion, which can lead to bias.

Q6. What kind of work do you currently do?

So, for example, if I think that a fashion theme being created by a creator could be made into an even better product for customers by adding colonies or interior items, I will propose it or I will create additional items.

Q7. Do you make use of your experience as an intern in your current work?

Eda:
I use Illustrator for item design work, and although I understood the basic knowledge of the software, I did not do much production work with it at university. So I was taught after I joined the company. While I was an intern, I would talk to the designers and ask them, ” How do you make these items? I would ask them, “How do you make this?

Q8. What do you think is the appeal of Cocone?

Q8. What do you think is the appeal of Cocone?

Eda:

I think the appeal of Coconnex is that it’s a great place to work.
I think it is a place where there is an environment where you can grow as much as you raise your hand.

When I joined the company, I always said that I wanted to do work that would support the work of creators, and my manager and others around me understood this. I was invited to various MTGs and was able to learn from them.

Also, there are many types of creative work, such as direction and production, and I am allowed to do a variety of work in line with my desire to learn about a wide range of these areas.

There are no walls or barriers, so I felt that the entire company encourages me to do what I want to do, and I think the appeal of Cocone is that I can grow through that.

Salmon:
Moreover, it’s great to be able to do various things while you are still young, such as as an intern like Ms. Eda, who has just joined the company.

Q9. Future goals

Q9. Future goals

Eda:

I am currently directing various creators and companies as part of a team called the “Partner Produce Part. My goal is to discover their strengths and deliver even better items.

I would like to create an environment where we can compete with each other’s sensibilities and individuality, rather than just giving directions. I would like to create an environment where we can compete with each other’s sensibilities and individuality, rather than just giving directions. I would like to incorporate better ideas into policies and make use of them in new services and new ” Pokecolo initiatives. I hope that this will enrich society and enrich the hearts of our customers.

Salmon:
It’s wonderful…Cocone is in safe hands now.”

Q10. Any last words?

Q10. Any last words?

Eda:
There are no walls or barriers, so I felt that the entire company encourages me to do what I want to do, and I think the appeal of Cocone is that I can grow through that.

I would highly recommend Cocone to anyone who wants to advance within Cocone, who wants to improve the environment at Cocone, and who also has an idea of how he or she wants to achieve his or her goals at Cocone. I would like to work with people like that, and I would be very happy if you could learn about Cocone.

Thank you!
