We would like to inform you that there have been changes to the Board of Directors at Cocone Corporation, effective as of August 1, 2023.

Reasoning For Appointment

Cocone group currently has bases in 7 countries and is advancing its efforts to strengthen development and expand overseas in the Web3 field, including the creation and sale of digital assets, community operation, and blockchain network development and operation in the digital world.

On May 1, 2023, we established Cocone ONE Co., Ltd., a holding company, to facilitate the smooth management of the group and aim for further business development.

As part of our efforts to enhance the management and business of Cocone Corporation, Yosuke Tomita has been appointed as a director.
