Announcement of Executive Personnel Changes
We would like to inform you that as of July 1, 2023, there have been personnel changes to the directors and executive officers of Cocone Corporation.
Please note that the retired directors will continue to hold positions in cocone ONE Corporation, the holding company of the cocone Group, and its affiliated companies.
１．Retirement of Directors

Kim Sunghoon will continue to serve as the President and Representative Director of cocone ONE.

３．Reasons for Retirement and Transfers
The Cocone Group currently has bases in seven countries and is actively strengthening its development capabilities in the web3 field, such as creating and selling digital assets, community management, and developing and operating blockchain networks for the digital world.
To facilitate smooth management and further business growth, we established the holding company cocone ONE Corporation on May 1, 2023.
Both Kim Sunghoon and Mai Ishiwatari will focus on enhancing the management structure of the Cocone Group and expanding its overseas operations as directors of cocone ONE. Daisuke Takayama will contribute to the strengthening of the management structure and overseas expansion of the Cocone Group as an executive officer of cocone ONE.
