Cocone Announces Its Transition to Holding Company Structure
On May 1st, 2023, cocone Corporation transferred its service operations division to a newly established company to promote the further development and globalization of the Cocone Group. On the same day, cocone Corporation changed its trade name to cocone ONE Corporation and became a holding company that manages the entire Cocone Group.
The new company that has assumed the trade name of cocone Corporation will continue handling Tokyo’s existing service operations. Under the new structure, the entire Cocone Group reaffirms its commitment to deliver better services accommodating the changes of the times to our customers.
